Dr Ravi was awarded a Certificate of Merit by CBSE for “Outstanding Performance in Economics and being among the top 1%” in Class XII Board exams. After completing his B.Com, he studied at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and XIME, Bangalore.

Since 1990 he has worked with top MNCs and Indian Companies. His last corporate assignment was with Mitsui Electronics Europe part of the Mitsui Group. He joined PES University in 2008. He taught various marketing courses and was Chairperson/Assistant Dean and Head of MBA placements at PES University, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME and ISME. He received his PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2017 for his work in the area of understanding the consumer decision-making process in the purchase of luxury automobiles.

Dr Ravi is a motivating and talented Marketing Professor, driven to inspire students, to pursue academic and personal excellence. He also has a good track record of research success with multiple published research articles in reputed journals.
