Prof. Rasajna, is Assistant Professor in the department of Basic Sciences handling Learning & Development Classes (L&D) for first year students at Cambridge Institute of Technology.

Prof. Rasajna, obtained her M.Phil degree in English from Andhra University in 2003. She has rich teaching experience of 24 years. 

She has organized various workshops and delivered many guest lectures on various aspects of communication.

  • Conducted workshop in Feb. 2005 on “Importance of Communication” in MOP Vaishnav College, Nungambakkam, Chennai.
  • Conducted workshop in June 2005 on “Interviews” in Periyar Govt. Engineering College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
  • Conducted workshop on “Power of communication to face the challenges and expectations of the corporate world” on 27th July 2005 in New College Institute of Management, Royapettah, Chennai.
  • Conducted two day workshop on “Teaching Poetry” to Andhra Pradesh Govt. School teachers in Se. 2001 in Paderu, Andhra Pradesh.


  • Presented a paper on “BEING BLACK IN A WHITE ENVIRONMENT: A SIGNIFICANT STUDY OF THE LITERARY EXPOSITION OF JOAN RILEY”, in a multidisciplinary National Seminar on “Travails of Uprootment: A tribute to refugees, exiles and diasporic communities” (sponsored by UGC) conducted by MSM College, Kayamkulam, Kerala from July 29-31, 2015.
