Ms. Arthi Meena  graduated  MBA in HR having 8 years of experience in teaching fraternity and two years in  IT Industry domain as HR Generalist. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. under VTU in the area of HR related to employee engagement and organisation citizenship behaviour.

She has Presented papers at various National and International conference and received two best paper awards. Published paper in one of the UGC care journals in 2019 .In the field of academics, she handled  subjects like International Business, Emerging technologies, Management & Organisational Behaviour and HR specialized subjects. Active participation in various management events & cultural.
