Having more than 18 years of hands-on experience in devising and implementing the employabilty programs, enhancing the academic and placement quality. Have worked with couple of business schools in Bangalore, where he molded the growth of many students and bridged the gap between the college and corporate. 

He Has published more than 10 research papers in reputed national/ International journals. Have guided around 300+ students in their research projects. 

He is very proud to say he hails from an agriculture family and studied in local language till his graduation. He is passionate to help the rural students in setting higher goals and achieving them.
