Bio
Dr. Pushpalatha H L is working as Professor & Head in the Department of Physics at Cambridge Institute of Technology. She has published 13 papers in International/National journals and presented more than 10 papers in various International and National conferences/seminars and has got a guideship under VTU.
She holds a B.Sc. degree in PME and M.Sc. degree in Physics from University of Mysore and obtained Ph.D. under University of Mysore in 2016. She has organized and participated in various workshops and faculty development programs. She has organized induction programmes. She has taken part in various academic activities like VTU LIC member, question paper setter, Moderator, evaluator etc. She has got involved in various administrative activities.
She has around 20 years of teaching experience and is associated with Cambridge Institute of Technology from 2018.
She is a life member of ISTE and IACG.

- First Prize in Oral Presentation on “XPS analysis of CdS thin films synthesized by photochemical deposition”, in 19th National Seminar on Crystal growth, VIT, Vellore, 12-14 March 15.
- Her thesis entitled “Growth and characterization of thin films of CdS on insulating glass substrates by photochemical deposition technique” was selected and presented for “Dr. R GOPALAKRISHNAN NATIONAL AWARD FOR BEST THESIS IN CRYSTAL GROWTH” in XXI National Seminar on Crystal Growth and Applications, at PG and Research Department of Physics, National College (Autonomous), Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu from 6th to 8th March 2017.
- “NPTEL Online Certification Elite + Silver” certificate is awarded for successfully completing the course Solar Photovoltaics fundamentals, Technology and Applications from Jul-Sep 2019.
