Dr. Roopa K   is an Associate Professor in Department of MBA. Her area of Interest is Finance & Accounting, Human Resources.

She is Management Graduate with MBA in Finance & HR. She holds M.Phil from University of Madras. She has 15 years of teaching experience and have completed PhD on “Dynamic Role of employee engagement on Organisational Performance” from Bharathidasan University, Trichy.

She won best paper award in international conference in 2020   She has published several research papers in the Journal having ISBN & ISSN numbers.
